Skilled School-based Behavioral Technicians

Are you someone who connects easily with kids and thrives in a team setting? We’re looking for Behavioral Technicians to support students in the El Monte region. If you have experience with ABA and enjoy working in a school environment, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with students
• Supporting teachers with both instruction and behavior management
• Using ABA strategies to help students communicate and succeed
• Collecting data (like frequency and duration) to track progress
• Reviewing IEPs and BIPs to guide individualized support
• Using visual tools like token boards and schedules—without needing to be asked
• Assisting with personal care routines when needed (toileting, diaper changes, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working with a range of behaviors—from mild to more intensive
• High school diploma required
• Active CPR/BLS
• Recent TB test
• Ideally 1+ years working as a Behavioral Technician, Therapist, or Interventionist
• Hands-on ABA experience (2+ years preferred)
