Elementary School Psychologist (Part-Time)

Pay Rate: $55/hr
Schedule: 3 days per week (approximately 25 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 2025–2026 School Year
Location: In-person only (Elementary level)

Position Overview

The School Psychologist supports students through mental health and developmental challenges and assists in qualifying students for additional services. This role involves providing on-site psychological services to students in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and eligibility for special services.
• Provide counseling and intervention strategies for students facing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards of practice.

Minimum Requirements

• Current state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist.
• Master’s degree in psychology (preferred).
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations (preferred).
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Current CPR certification (if applicable).
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
