Middle School Math & Science Teacher | $43/hr | Full-Time & Part-Time | In-Person | 2025–2026 SY

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring two middle school General Education Teachers to support math and science classrooms for the 2025–2026 school year. These campus-based roles begin October 20, 2025, and run for 25 weeks, offering $43/hour. Interviews will be conducted virtually.

Position Overview:

• Grade Level: Middle School

• Start Date: October 20, 2025

• Duration: 25 weeks

• Modality: In-person

• Interview: Virtual

• Openings:

  • Math (Full-Time): 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Science (Part-Time): 20–25 hours/week, 8:00 AM–12:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $43/hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement daily instructional plans

• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and growth

• Collaborate with team members and administration

• Communicate with parents and track student progress

• Participate in planning, grading, and classroom management

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Valid teaching license/certification (state-specific)

  • Math: Math 7–12, Math 4–8, or Core 4–8

  • Science: Science 7–12, Science 4–8, or Core 4–8

• One year of teaching experience (preferred)

• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
