About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, school-based role. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels to support their communication and language development in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Speech Language Pathology License (Required).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
