?? Location: El Monte, Los Angeles, CA
?? Schedule: Part-Time | School Hours

Are you an experienced educator or support professional with a passion for helping students thrive? We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Instructional Aide to join our school team and provide essential support to students with behavioral and personal care needs.

?? Position Overview:

The Instructional Aide provides support services in various school settings, including:

One-on-one and small group instructional support
Classroom assistance alongside teachers and specialists
Behavioral guidance and redirection
Restroom assistance, including toileting and diapering
Support during transitions such as bus transportation and movement between classes

? Minimum Requirements:

Prior experience working in school settings or with children with behavioral or developmental needs
Confidence and professionalism in providing restroom assistance, including toileting and diapering
Ability to follow directions, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with school staff
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance may be required depending on district or state regulations
