Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $70/hr Local | $2,800/wk Travel | Full-Time | Hybrid | 2025–2026 School Year

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring 2–4 full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students and staff across all grade levels for the 2025–2026 school year. This district-wide consulting role begins ASAP and runs through May 15, 2026, with a hybrid schedule available—4 days in person, 1 remote.

Position Details:

  • Location: District-wide (specific campuses provided during interview)

  • Start Date: September 29, 2025 (or ASAP)

  • End Date: May 15, 2026

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Hours: 37.5/week

  • Modality: Hybrid (4 days on campus, 1 remote)

  • Pay Rate: $70/hour (local) or $2,800/week (travel)

  • Caseload: TBD

  • Classroom Support: Yes (BTs/RBTs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and train teachers on behavior strategies

  • Supervise BT and RBT staff across campuses

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop intervention plans

  • Support implementation of behavior analytic programs

  • Collaborate with school teams to improve service delivery

  • Maintain documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification from BACB

  • Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field

  • Experience in school-based behavior programs (preferred)

  • 1+ year pediatric experience (preferred)

  • CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
