Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $65/hr | Full-Time | Lansing, KS | 2025–2026 School Year

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a special education program serving students in grades 2–12 for the 2025–2026 school year. This in-person role begins October 6, 2025, and runs through May 2026, with placements determined through virtual interviews with school principals.

Position Details:

  • Location: Lansing, KS (campus placement based on interview)

  • Start Date: October 6, 2025

  • End Date: May 2026

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (report times vary by grade level)

  • Hours: 37/week

  • Modality: In-person

  • Pay Rate: $65/hour

  • Grade Levels: 2nd–12th

  • Support Structure: Collaboration with RBTs, BCBAs, and behavioral staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop intervention plans

  • Provide consultation and training to staff

  • Supervise behavioral service delivery in special education settings

  • Collaborate with school teams to implement behavior plans

  • Support group-based interventions and staff development

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification from BACB

  • Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field

  • Experience in school-based behavior programs (preferred)

  • 1+ year pediatric experience (preferred)

  • CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

  • CPI and Amergiss CPT training (preferred)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
