Psychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurse (PMH RN)

Location: Rogers Behavioral Health – Oconomowoc, WI
Setting: Residential Psych
Shift: NOC (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

• Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  Hours/Week: 32
  Start Date: ASAP
  Contract Length: 13 weeks
  Pay:
• Local: $55/hour
• Travel: $2,000/week

?? Position Overview

The PMH RN provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological principles. The nurse will promote well-being through prevention, education, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to coordinate care effectively are essential.

? Minimum Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
