Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for compassionate and dedicated School Aides to support students with academic and behavioral needs in a school setting. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference—every single day.

?? What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 or classroom support for students with learning and behavioral goals
• Assist with reading, math, speech, life skills, and social games
• Support students during lunch, recess, and community outings
• Help with self-care routines (toileting, hygiene, dressing)
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists (PT, OT, SLP), and behavior staff
• Implement behavior management strategies
• Assist with clerical tasks like copying, organizing, and scoring assignments
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

? What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and support students with diverse needs
• Computer proficiency preferred
• Ability to pass background screening and meet all requirements
• English fluency (verbal and written)
• Certification as required by state or client (if applicable)
