RN - Assisted Living

Amergis Healthcare has an opportunity for an RN or LPN to provide care at a well respected Assisted Living Facility in Needham, MA. New graduates are welcome to apply! 

RN Pay: $53 – $58/hour based on experience, paid weekly 

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted MA nursing license
• Experience in an assisted living setting or LTC is preferred 

Schedule: 32 or 40 hour options, evenings or nights 

3pm – 11pm or 11pm – 7am 

Job Details: 

·         Three units: Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, and Rehab

·         Low nurse-to-patient ratios – deliver meaningful care without burnout

·         Most residents are self-sufficient and require minimal care

·         Low-stress environment

·         Each household has 2 CNAs for support

·         Some residents have private aides

·         5-Star CMS staffing rating

Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension and/or internal employment after 6 months
