Caregiver – Direct Support Personnel

Location: Belmont, Plymouth, and Laconia, New Hampshire

Setting: Group Home (No driving required during shift)

Pay: Starting at $22/hr with potential to earn more based on experience

We are hiring compassionate caregivers to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders in a group home setting. This role focuses on helping residents build interpersonal skills and complete activities of daily living, while following their Individual Service Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Promote independence and adaptive skill-building
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
  • Follow guidance outlined in each resident’s Individual Service Plan

Schedule Options:

  • Sunday through Thursday
  • Tuesday through Saturday
  • One weekend day per week is REQUIRED

Shift Availability:

  • 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Primary need)

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and active driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and comply with professional standards
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
