LPN – Long Term Care / Rehab

Location: Chattanooga, TN 37421Setting: Nursing Home / Rehabilitation FacilityContract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule & Shifts

  • Shift Options: Days or Nights (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

  • Weekly Hours: Alternating 36/48 hour schedule with every other weekend required

Compensation

  • Local Rate: $32 per hour

  • Travel Package:

    • 36 hours/week: $1,248

    • 48 hours/week: $1,536

Job Description

The Long Term Care LPN is responsible for delivering patient care in a Long Term Care or Assisted Living setting. This role requires sound clinical judgment, effective coordination of care, and adherence to nursing standards. The LPN works under supervision, supports other team members, and ensures quality care through critical thinking and accountability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice

  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)

  • TB Questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
