Now Hiring School Behavioral Aides - Up to $27/hr

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking full timeBehavioral Technicians and Instructional Aides to assist students, either 1:1or in a small group setting, in school classrooms during school hours and Afterschool hours for the 2025-2026 school year in the Orange County region.

The Behavior Technician Aide role entailssupporting students who require behavioral support by utilizing ABA strategiesto manage maladaptive behaviors and ensuring students are staying on track withtheir classwork and school activities. Must have minimum 6 monthsof Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience.

The Instructional Aide role entails helpingstudents focus in class, follow their schedule, accompany them on lunch orbathroom breaks, and providing toileting/diapering assistance. Musthave experience working with kids in a personal/professionalsetting (ex: babysitting/nannying, daycare, afterschool program, etc.)

What We Offer:

• Monday – Friday
• Morning & Day shifts – 8:00am – 4:00pm (6 hour shift)
• Competitive Pay Rate –  Up to $27/Hour (Depending on experience and location)
