Areyou passionate about helping children thrive in a school setting? AmergisHealthcare is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians and ClassroomAides to support students 1:1 or in small groups. You’ll work alongsideeducators and behavioral specialists to foster academic success and positivebehavior—every day is a chance to make a real impact!

?? What You’ll Do

As avital part of the classroom team, you will:

• Support students with behavioral and academic goals
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
• Assist with speech, occupational, and physical therapy activities
• Help students build independence in daily living skills
• Provide crisis intervention and behavior management
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and therapists
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection

?? What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of pediatric or classroom experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR certification and health screening (as required)
• A passion for helping students succeed!
