- Partners with program management and supply chain leadership to ensure each supplier provides quality support to each program
- Identifies appropriate mix of current/prospective suppliers with viable nursing, allied, clinical ancillary, locums, & non-clinical support as applicable within each industry segment
- Supports supplier optimization efforts and leads the process to add new suppliers
- Collaborates with divisional finance, business analytics, contracting and program management as a strategic advisor and facilitator as partnerships evolve with current and future prospective suppliers
- Documents and maintains supplier information including but not limited to contact information, agreements, requirements, relationships, supplier panels, capabilities and strategy call notes
- Participates in supplier partnership surveys
- Leads the supplier RFI process and dissemination of the results within the division
- Produces supplier score cards
- Maintains strong supplier partnerships
- Explores creative supplier strategies that can be leveraged by business development and program management to market potential staffing solutions available to customers
- Adheres to evolving healthcare mandates, policies, and requirements set forth by industry, customer, State and Federal guidelines
- Displays strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently support divisional partners
- Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication within the division as well as with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Maintains and evolves our references/testimonials/case studies and collaborates with Marketing as needed
- Provides excellent customer service to all customers, suppliers, and program team partners
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
- High school diploma. Bachelor degree preferred
- Healthcare terminology experience preferred
- One year work experience in a team environment required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to effectively elicit from and provide information to all team members, clients and suppliers using strong communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for company meetings and supplier engagement events
