About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services. You’ll support clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment-related activities, all within the scope of care assigned by the SLP and/or physician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Support educational and clinical activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Completion of 100+ hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
• Current SLPA certification or licensure in the state of practice
• Familiarity with professional standards of practice
• Preferred: 1+ year of professional SLPA experience
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or state)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
