Correctional CNA – Aberdeen, WA
Location: Aberdeen, WA
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $28–$30/hr

We are urgently hiring fiveCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a correctional facility inAberdeen, WA. This is a highly competitive opportunity withimmediate start dates available. Candidates must be ready to completeonboarding within 5 days.

Shifts Available:

  • Day, Evening, and Night shifts
  • First come, first choice — secure your preferred schedule early

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington CNA license
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Med-Surg
    • Hospital
    • Long-Term Care (LTC)
    • Correctional healthcare
  • Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
  • Professionalism and reliability in high-pressure environments
  • Must be available to start immediately

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision
  • Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition
  • Maintain safety and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare and security teams in a correctional setting

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistantwithin the last three years
  • Graduate from certified nursing assistant program withsubsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per staterequirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and ingood-standing
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clericalfunctions
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
