- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for students
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with established plans
- Document all services and progress notes accurately
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success
- Travel between school sites within the designated area
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current Florida Physical Therapy License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least one year of professional experience (pediatric experience preferred)
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
