    Location: East Osceola County, FL (Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Harmony, Narcoossee)

    Shift: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

    Shift Length: Standard school hours

    Contract Length: Full School Year (2025–2026)

     

    Job Description:

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our school-based team in East Osceola County. This role involves conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and physician orders when applicable.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for students
    • Provide physical therapy services in accordance with established plans
    • Document all services and progress notes accurately
    • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success
    • Travel between school sites within the designated area

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
    • Current Florida Physical Therapy License
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
    • At least one year of professional experience (pediatric experience preferred)
    • CPR certification (if applicable)
    • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
    • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
    • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
