?? Compensation & Schedule

• Total Contract Pay: $66,000
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every week—no waiting!
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Contract Length: 36 weeks

?? What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to students’ IEPs
• Support students across Cross-Categorical needs, including EBD (Emotional Behavioral Disabilities)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet diverse learning needs

? What We’re Looking For

• Fully licensed and certified in Special Education
• 2–3+ years of experience working with high school students in special education
• Experience supporting students with EBD and cross-categorical needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• A heart for advocacy and a mind for innovation
