Position Overview:

An outpatient rehabilitation is seeking passionate and dedicated Physical Therapists Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team at our Fruitridge or Watt locations in Sacramento. 13 week assignment ( Temp to Perm)

 Setting:

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic. Fast-Pace ( 30 min evals)

 Patients:

A diverse caseload including post-surgical, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions

 Location:

Fruitridge and Watt locations – Sacramento, CA

 Pay Rate:

·        PTA: $38-$40

 Schedule:

·        5x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services including treatment, implementation and documentation under the direction of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant
  • One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
