Are you passionate about helping students thrive? As a School Aide, you’ll be a key part of a caring, mission-driven team supporting students with instructional, behavioral, and personal care needs. Whether you’re assisting in the classroom or helping with mobility and therapeutic care, your work will directly impact students’ success and well-being.

?? What You’ll Do:

• Support students with academic and behavioral goals under the guidance of teachers and special education staff
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by healthcare professionals
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with educators and participate in ongoing training and development

? What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required)
• PCA certification preferred
• Experience with cognitive deficits a plus
• 60+ college credits or willingness to take the Paraeducator exam (available in-office!)

• Training Dates: August 25–26 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• First Day of School: September 2
• Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday (paid lunch included!)
• Contract: Full school year
• Interview: Guaranteed virtual interview once matched and in Full Placement
