 Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. 
  • Full command of the English language, both verbal and written. 
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation). 
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. 
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. 
  • Current BLS card.

Modality & Specialty

RN Acute Care 

This is a critical access hospital on the Southern Oregon coast. Their dept is classified as Acute Care technically, but mostly everything they do is Med Surg 

May see a cardiac drip, but pretty rare. No true ICU dept.  they call their beds, Monitor Beds. 

EPIC EMR Used 

Working at the Gold Beach campus 

Specific Skills/Qualifications Needed

 Required: 1-2 years of experience in acute care. needs previous telemetry experience, previous experience as a traveler 

– BLS

-ACLS 

-NIHSS 

 will allow Covid-19 exemptions

will allow 90 day license exception if needed
