1.1 School Aide

Seeking upbeat 1:1 Behavioral Aide’s to work in a school setting for the upcoming 2025 – 2026 school year. Previous experience is REQUIRED. We have positions available in all grade levels k-12. Position Details:

• 2025 – 26 SY
• 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
• Aug 4 start
• 1:1 case with an EC student
• Working with students with severe/profound disabilities. Include toileting/diapering, behaviors safety, mobility

Requirements

• Previous experience as support aide, behavioral tech, CNA or 1:1 care with autism required
• Previous experience in a school setting, or at least working with kids with special needs is highly preferred
• CPI preferred
• Must be passionate about working with children
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and be a team player
• Patient, positive attitude, servant leader

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current CPR card.
• Current TB Skin test or Chest X-ray
