Job Title: Medical Assistant – Corrections Facility (Night Shift)

Location: Omaha, NE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Interview: On-site interview required for local candidates

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join a corrections facility in Omaha, NE. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong clinical and clerical skills looking to make a difference in a unique healthcare setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clerical functions
• Good telephone communication skills
• Current CPR card (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Relevant certification/license (if applicable)
