Pay: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and group behavioral support to students
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies
• Assist in crisis intervention and promote positive behaviors
• Track student progress through accurate data collection
• Help students develop independence and life skills
• Partner with teachers and specialists to create a nurturing environment

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma (required)
• Experience in behavior intervention (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive setting
