Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team of school-based professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral needs, collaborating with educators, and implementing evidence-based interventions that promote academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and school staff.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Aides.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to support student goals.
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to behavioral services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with school and agency standards.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
    • Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between school sites may be required).
  • Preferred:

    • Prior experience in school-based behavioral services.
    • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance.
