Hiring School Aides (Consistent Hours)

Are you passionate about helping others and making a lasting impact in your community? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as School Aides, working closely with students who have special needs. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both instructional and behavioral support under the guidance of dedicated special education professionals—helping students thrive both in and outside the classroom.

As a School Aide, you’ll also assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic support based on students’ individual needs and plans developed by licensed professionals. Your work will truly change lives, one child at a time.

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A heart for helping and a desire to learn

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Current health certificate (as required by state or contract)

• Ability to meet all state, local, and federal employment requirements

• Commitment to maintaining professional standards of care and conduct
