Are you ready to make an impact where it counts? We’re seeking a committed and caring School Aide to join our team in supporting students with instructional and behavioral needs. This role is all about connection—working under the guidance of special education teams to bring structure, encouragement, and a safe space for learning to students who need that extra support.

Whether it’s offering a helping hand in the classroom or assisting with physical and therapeutic care under professional guidance, you’ll be an important part of someone’s growth journey—every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist students with academic and behavioral support as guided by special education staff or supervising professionals

• Provide care in areas such as mobility support and personal needs as outlined by health or rehab specialists

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Support learning routines, behavior strategies, and student engagement

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and counselors to meet individualized education goals

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn professional best practices for working with special needs students

• Current CPR certification (if required)

• TB test clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or local/state regulations)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local guidelines for the role

• Minimum age of 18
