CFY Available as well: $50/hr

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician’s orders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

General Comments

Schedule: Part-time (minimum 3 days/week) or Full-time ON SITE

Description:
Summit Center is hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with significant needs. We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates. There will be more room for CFYs in the fall.  Flexible scheduling is available, with part-time and full-time opportunities. 

NYS CCC-SLP and TTSLD cert required
