About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team in various school settings across the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire areas. You will work directly with students on the autism spectrum, supporting their educational and behavioral development in collaboration with school staff and behavioral specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals in classroom and school environments
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with autism and other developmental needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children, preferably in pediatric or educational settings
  • Experience with autism or special needs populations strongly preferred
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as applicable)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
