?? Compensation: $45–$50/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

·      Provide specialized instruction to students withdisabilities.

·      Develop and implement Individualized EducationPrograms (IEPs).

·      Collaborate with general education teachers andsupport staff.

·      Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

·      Participate in IEP meetings and parentconferences.

·      
Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Special Education orrelated field.

·      Valid Wisconsin DPI license (#1801, #1809, or#1811 depending on assignment).

·      Experience working with students with specialneeds.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·      Commitment to inclusive education practices.
