Amergis Staffing is actively hiring ESN Special Education Teachers for the 2025/2026 school year in Santa Barbara, CA—travel contract opportunities available!
Position Details:
- Local Pay: $65-$70/hr
- Travel Pay (outside 50 mile radius): $3,916/week
- Contract Length: 2025/2026 School Year
- Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends off)
- Requirements: Valid state teaching certificate, mod/severe credential

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education or a related field
- Valid California teaching credential with Special Education certification (Moderate/Severe)
- Minimum one year of teaching experience (preferred)
- Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills
