Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking an experienced MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) for a contract assignment in Boston, MA!

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 1

Start Date: 6/23 or within 3 weeks of offer

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (4×10’s) / Nights (9p-7:30a) / Thurs-Sun

Setting:

• Children’s hospital

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Tech experience
• Pediatrics experience preferred
• MA Radiology license or ability to obtain prior to start
• BLS (AHA), ARRT (MR)

The MRITechnologist uses magnetic resonance imaging scanners and related equipment tocapture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field
• Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulations or contract specification.
• One (1) one year of experience in related field preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
