Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated School BoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team and support students withdiverse behavioral needs. You will play a vital role in helping studentsachieve academic, social, and life skills success. You’ll be part of acollaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment that values your expertiseand empowers your growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement Individualized EducationPrograms (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
· Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
· Teach and reinforce positive behaviors usingevidence-based strategies.
· Collaborate with general education teachers,therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support.
· Monitor and assess student progress, adjustinginterventions as needed.
· Utilize technology and adaptive tools to enhancelearning experiences.
· Promote positive behavior and social interactionthrough evidence-based strategies.
· Maintain accurate records and comply with allfederal, state, and local regulations.
· Provide staff training and supervision to ensureeffective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,Special Education, or related field.
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification.
· Experience working with students with behavioralchallenges.
· Strong communication, collaboration, andorganizational skills.
