Salary Range: $68,000 – $79,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:

Amergis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students’ communication needs and helping them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students with IEPs in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports.
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Preferred:

  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
