Phlebotomist Opening — South Kingstown, RI

  • Monday-Friday — 7am-4:30pm
  • Every other weekend/every other holiday required
  • Pay rate negotiable
  • 1.5 years experience required
  • 13 week contract with extensions possible

Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients of all ages in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in supporting diagnostic testing and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
  • Label and process specimens according to hospital protocols
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure proper patient identification and comfort during procedures
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and lab personnel
