Amergis is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2025/26 school year in Santa Maria, CA! Travel Packages Available!

Are you passionate about making a difference in students’ lives? As a BCBA, you’ll work closely with students who require instructional and behavioral support. You’ll create a positive learning environment, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized attention to students. Your role is vital in fostering students’ academic and personal growth, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. Job Details:

• Compensation: $65-$95/hr (dependent on school district & experience)
• Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
• Start Date: Beginning of the 2025/26 school year

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
