We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) physician to join our outpatient geriatric facility in Tucson, AZ. This role involves providing primary care and chronic care management 7 to 10 PPD. The position offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a low patient volume to ensure quality care and work-life balance.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to geriatric patients.
- Manage chronic conditions and primary care needs.
- No Call
Qualifications:
- MD/FM or IM
- Board Certified
- BLS and DEA certifications required
- Arizona state licensure
- At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience desired
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Start Date:
- ASAP (Credentialing will take about 15-30 days depending on candidate’s responsiveness
