Amergis Healthcare Staffing (formerly Amergis Healthcare Staffing) is hiring full and part-time Behavior Technicians & School Aides for the remainder of the 2025 school year and the following 2025-2026 school year in Orange County.

  • Behavior Technicians: Assist students with behavioral needs using ABA strategies (minimum 6 months of ABA experience required). Pay: $25-$27/hour.

  • School Aides: Support students/classrooms with tasks like lesson planning, running copies, toileting, and more. Pay: Up to $19-21/hour.

What’s Offered:

  • Monday-Friday shifts (30+ hours/week).

  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k).

  • Positions available in North and South Orange County.
